How do I register?

Please visit our registration page to add your child/children to our system.

After they are in our system, you'll be able to view available dates and select which sessions you would like to reserve. You can make adjustments later if necessary.

Please keep your registration info updated, as we rely on this information to plan for supplies, food, and other essentials.

When does camp run?

Camp runs one to two times each month during the school year.  We do not currently hold summer events.

What can I expect at an event?

The camper-staff relationship is at the core of what makes our events so special. As soon as a camper walks through the door, they'll be grouped with two or more of our student staff members. Our staff will be by the camper's side for the entire event.

Each event is loaded with tons of activities, including: creative drawing, craft making, board games, puzzles, bowling, ring toss, ball games, pin the tail on the donkey, mummy wrap, puppeteering, listening to music, synchronized dance parties, watching movies, and so much more!

Seasonal themes, such as Halloween in October or a winter wonderland in January, add an extra layer of excitement and familiarity to our events. The specifics of each event are ever-changing, so be sure to keep an eye on your inbox!

Can I be a staff member or adult volunteer?

For Adults:

If you are not currently employed at Pascack Valley or Pascack Hills high school, we are unable to accept your help at this time - although we very much appreciate the thought :)

For Kids & Young Adults:

If you were previously a camper, are still in the K-12 system, and would like to be a staff member this year - thanks for helping us out! We still need your parents to fill out the main event registration form so we have their most up-to-date emergency contact info.

There is no process in place for students outside of the Pascack Valley Regional High School District to volunteer for service hours.

There is no process in place for anyone who has aged out of the K-12 system to become a student staff member or volunteer.

What age range is acceptable for campers?

Grades K through 12.

Who should I contact if I have allergy concerns?

When you add a camper via our registration page, you can list food allergies and other notes. 

When you arrive at an event, you can always talk to our adult advisors to make sure we get things right.

Dates will most likely be finalized and public before the end of September.  Registration for events will open at the same time.
